- To enter via Instagram: comment the word ‘ZERO’ on the promotional post on our Rubicon RAW Instagram account (@rubiconraw) between the hour of 18:00 - 19:00 on Thursday 14 March 2024.
- To enter via TikTok: comment the word ‘ZERO’ on the promotional post on our Rubicon RAW TikTok account (@rubiconrawenergy) between the hour of 18:00 - 19:00 on Thursday 14 March 2024.
- To enter via X: comment the word ‘ZERO’ on the promotional post on our X account (@RubiconRAW) between the hour of 18:00 - 19:00 on Thursday 14 March 2024.
Eligibility:
Open to UK legal residents aged 16+. Instagram, X or TikTok account and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the competition period will not be valid and will not be entered into this competition. No purchase necessary.
Prize:
3 winners total. 1 x winner per platform. Each winner will win: 1 x 12 500ml can cases of Rubicon RAW Zero Added Sugar Peach & Berry.
Draw:
Winners will be drawn by us at random on Thursday 14 March 2024 after the closing time from all valid entries received across TikTok, Instagram and X. We will contact the winners within 5 working days of the closing date by sending a direct message (DM) on the platform in which they entered the competition. Please look out for a notification that you have been sent a message by the relevant Rubicon RAW page on your TikTok, Instagram and X accounts. The winner will be required to provide their name, email address, telephone number and UK address by DM reply within 28 days. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winner to their valid UK address within 30 days of the winner confirming their contact details.
The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Rubicon RAW Brand Manager (Rubicon RAW Zero Added Sugar Giveaway), Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Rubicon RAW Brand Manager at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

Prize Details and Conditions:
- The winner must provide: (a) the size, (b) the desired sex (where applicable), and (c) the desired product (where applicable) of clothing that they wish to win as part of the Prize.
- The winner may choose the desired product that they wish to win as part of Prize (ii), (iii) and (iv) (as listed in the Prize specification).
- The Promoter does not guarantee the sizing of products offered as part of the Prize.
- All Prizes are subject to availability at the point of claim.
- We reserve the right to substitute the Prize, or any part thereof, for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- We will not offer cash alternatives to the Prize, or any part thereof.
- The Prize, or any part thereof, cannot be sold or exchanged.
- Any part of the Prize offered by Planks (prizes (ii) - (v) inclusive) is non refundable once claimed.
- The Prizes offered by GBSnowsports (prizes (vii) - (viii) inclusive) being signed are subject to the availability of GBSnowsports at the time of signing.
- The Promoter gives no guarantee or promise of which GBSnowsports athlete(s) signs any part of the Prize offered in this promotion.
