Rubicon Raw Lost Shore Promotion Terms and Conditions - May 2026

Promoter: A.G. BARR p.l.c. (us, we, our). 

Opens: 11am on Fri 15th May 

Closes: 4pm on Sat 16th May

To enter: Participate in a timed body pop challenge where the time will be recorded. Entrants are required to provide their name and email address.

Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Email address required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary.

Prize: 1 x winner total. 1 x winner will each win 2 x surfing vouchers for Lost Shore PLUS a 1-night stay in a 2-person pod (travel not included). Travel dates to be agreed subject to availability at Lost Shore. The prize must be used within 12 months. 9 runners up will all receive a Rubicon Raw goodie bag.

Winner Selection: The entrant with the most body pops on a surfboard wins. If there are more than 1x participants with the same score, a random generator will decide the winner. The winner will be notified by Wednesday the 20th of May 2026 via email. The winner will be required to provide their UK address and telephone number within 7 days of our email. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. The winner will book their prize directly with Lost Shore following the instructions they receive via email.  The runners up will be notified by Wednesday the 20th of May 2026 via email. The runners up will be required to provide their UK address within 7 days of our email. If they don’t, they will forfeit their goodie bag. The goodie bag will be delivered to the home address provided via email.

The winner’s name may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Boost Brand Manager (Lost Shore Marketing – Promotion) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
