Rubicon Raw Surf Instagram Giveaway June 2026

To enter: Instagram entry only. Your pages need to be publicly viewable to enter.

- To enter via Instagram you must: like the @rubiconraw Instagram prize draw post and follow @rubiconraw on Instagram. 

Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Instagram account and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary. 

Prize: One (1) x winner total. One (1) x winner will win:  Two (2) x Surf Vouchers redeemable at Lost Shore Surf Resort in Edinburgh, One (1) x Two Night Stay a Pod at the Lost Shore Surf Resort in Edinburgh and Two (2) x 12 Pack of 500ml Rubicon RAW Energy Cherry Burst. 


  1. Please note, the selected pod is entirely subject to Promoter discretion and to availability. 

  2. Surf Vouchers are able to be redeemed for either (1) a surf lesson, or (2) a surf session. 

  3. Lost Short Surf Centre Terms and Conditions apply. 

  4. Promoter shall not be liable for any associated costs not specifically and expressly included in the prize. The prize does not include any travel costs, personal expenses or insurance. 

  5. Prize may not be exchanged, re-sold or refunded. If the booking is cancelled by the Prize winner, Lost Shore Surf Resort terms and conditions will apply and no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund and/or alternative prize will be provided by the Promoter.

  6. The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the Prize winner in connection with the Prize. 

Draw: One (1) x winner will be drawn by us at random within 5 working days of the closing date from all valid entries received. We will contact the winner within 7 working days of the closing date either (1) by tagging them in the comments or replies of the promotional post on the platform that they entered asking the winner to message us via direct message (DM) or  (2) by sending them a direct message (DM). Please look out for a DM in your Instagram account. The winner will be required to provide their name, UK address, telephone number and email address by DM reply within 21 days of our DM. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winner via email and post to the email address and UK address confirmed by the winner within 21 days of contact details being confirmed. 

The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Rubicon Brand Manager (Rubicon Raw Instagram Prize Draw June 2026) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
