Please note that opt-in is optional, and marketing shall be sent in accordance with our privacy policy (see below). Those who opt-in to receive marketing communications from Rubicon RAW can opt-out at any stage.
Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary.
Prize: 1 x winner total. 1 x winner will win 2 VIP tickets to Boardmasters Festival 2025 on Wednesday 6 August 2025 to Sunday 10 August 2025 (inclusive).
Prize Specific T&Cs:
The Winner and their chosen companion must be over 18 years of age at the opening date of Boardmasters Festival 2025, being Wednesday 6 August 2025 (subject to change at the sole discretion of the event organiser).
By accepting a prize, winners agree to the Boardmasters Festival 2024 tickets terms and conditions found here: boardmasters.com/terms-and-conditions/.
Once the winner and guest have registered with Boardmasters Festival 2024 and tickets have been allocated, the winner and guest will be subject to any cancellation policies that Boardmasters Festival 2024 may impose in accordance with the ticket terms and conditions referred to in clause 25. The winner will be treated in accordance with any other ticketholder.
Tickets will be administered in the winners and their guests’ full names. Winners will need to provide a valid form of ID (Passport, Driving Licence or Official ID that contain the certified PASS logo showing over 18) when entering Boardmasters Festival 2024 and may be refused admission if they cannot verify their identity as the named ticketholder. Winners are responsible for providing correct details and the Promoter will not be liable for any mistakes made.
Prizes cannot be sold or exchanged.
If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the prize and not re-award any additional tickets to the winner or reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
It will be the winner’s and (if applicable) their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
Winners and their guests must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the venue. Whilst at the venue, the winners and their guests must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event or venue.
Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
Draw: 1 x winner will be drawn by us at random on Friday 23 August 2024 from all valid entries received. We will contact the winner within 28 working days of the closing date by email provided at the point of entry. Please look out for messages in your email inbox. The Winner is required to claim their prize within 28 days of email from the Promoter. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize on or before 31 July 2025 to the Winner via email to the email address confirmed by the winner.
The winner’s name may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Rubicon RAW Brand Manager (Rubicon RAW x Boardmasters 2025 Ticket Giveaway) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
