Boardmasters Social Media Promotion Terms and Conditions

To enter: Instagram, X and TikTok entry only. Your pages need to be publicly viewable to enter.

Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 16+. Instagram, X and/or TikTok account and internet access required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. No purchase necessary. For TikTok and X, there is a maximum of 1 entry per person per platform.  For Instagram, there is a maximum of 1 entry per person via promotional post + 1 x entry per person via bonus entry mechanism.

Prize: 1 x winner total. 1 x winner will each win 2 x “Wednesday Camping” tickets to Boardmasters Festival from 7th August 2024 to 11th August 2024 (“Boardmasters”). The “Wednesday Camping” ticket gives the winner and their guest access to the festival campsite and arena from Wednesday 7th August 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transport, accommodation or camping equipment, food, drink, spending money or other expenses. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests. Winners will be responsible for supplying their own camping equipment. Draw: 1 x winner will be drawn by us at random after the closing date from all valid entries received across all social platforms (Instagram, X and TikTok). We will contact the winner within 5 working days of the closing date by tagging them in the comments or replies of the promotional post on the platform that they entered asking the winner to message us via direct message (DM). Please look out for messages in your Instagram, X and TikTok accounts. The winner will be required to provide their name, telephone number and email address by DM reply within 5 days of our DM. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winner via email to the email address confirmed by the winner by the 31st July 2024.

The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: Rubicon RAW Brand Manager (Rubicon RAW Boardmasters Social Media Promotion June 2024) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
